Are these bodywork treatments safe for me if I'm pregnant?

Our Pre & Post-Natal Massage is a safe option for mothers-to-be and new moms. We do not offer this treatment during the first trimester, so please plan your booking for after this time.

Please avoid the following treatments if you are (or could be) pregnant or are breastfeeding:

What are the certifications of bodywork & massage practitioners?

All of our bodywork & massage practitioners are Licensed Massage Therapists in the state of New York.

What COVID safety precautions are being taken for spa services?

Masks are optional, but encouraged for the health and safety of our team and community.

We have also extended our cleaning time between services to ensure spaces are cleaned and disinfected according to CDC guidelines.

Do you need to be fully vaccinated to come to THE WELL New York?

Based on the latest updates in New York City, we are no longer requiring guests to show proof of vaccination prior to experiencing our offerings.

Does bodywork appointment pricing vary by day of week?

To incentivize people to book during quieter periods, we offer Preferred Pricing rates most Mondays - Thursdays. Occasionally when a busy holiday falls midweek, our Standard Pricing rates will apply. Similarly, there may be periods where you'll see Preferred Pricing available on a weekend. Either way, you'll know what you're getting — the applicable rate will be displayed in the calendar as part of your booking process.
